In the fourth quarter of 2024, the beauty retail app landscape in Portugal showed varied performance across different metrics. Here's a closer look at how the top five apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

RITUALS - Cosmetics saw a notable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, peaking at approximately 3.3K in late November. Weekly active users also rose, reaching about 6.7K by early December.

Perfumerías Primor experienced a gradual rise in downloads, culminating in around 2.7K by the week of December 23. Active user numbers followed a similar trend, peaking at 8.5K in the same week.

Sephora - Make-up, Beauty showed fluctuating download numbers, with a significant increase to about 3.3K in late November. Meanwhile, active users reached a high of approximately 19.2K in early December before tapering off.

Notino: perfumes and cosmetics maintained stable download numbers, with a notable increase to 1.7K in early December. Active users saw a peak of about 4.1K during the same period.

Oriflame experienced a decline in downloads throughout the quarter, ending with around 68 in the final week. Active users remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations around the 3K mark.
